Once we arrive, our professional team will review the items you want hauled away and provide you with a clear written estimate. If you agree, we can remove the items on the spot. We guarantee never to charge more than the estimate, and if your items take up less space than expected, you pay less.

At Victory Point Express, we do our best to keep as many items out of the landfill as possible. When requested, we donate furniture and other reusable items to local charities. Items that cannot be donated are recycled whenever possible. Anything that cannot be reused or recycled is taken to the town transfer station for proper disposal.

We recommend booking your appointment as soon as you know you need junk removal. Same-day and next-day service may be available, but scheduling in advance helps guarantee your preferred time slot. We charge based on the amount of space your items take up in our truck. The price includes all labor, dump fees, and time. There are no hidden charges, and before we do any work, we provide a free on-site estimate.

For heavy construction or dense materials such as masonry, gravel, concrete, brick, soil, tiles, and shingles, our truck can only be loaded to a maximum depth of one foot for safety reasons.

If you need extra labor beyond junk removal, such as moving furniture within your home or preparing items for removal (deconstructing furniture, bagging, carpet removal, etc.), we are happy to assist. Additional labor services are billed at an hourly rate.

Though we strive to take everything we can, there are some items we are unable to remove for safety and compliance reasons. We cannot take hazardous materials, including:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, paints, solvents)

• Asbestos

• Flammable or combustible items (gasoline, propane tanks)

• Medical or biohazard waste

• Certain automotive products (oil including tanks and drums, antifreeze)

We are licensed to remove non-hazardous solid waste only, which includes the types of items you would typically find in household trash. We are not licensed to transport or dispose of combustible, caustic, toxic, or unstable chemicals.

If you need to dispose of hazardous materials, we recommend contacting your local recycling or waste management hotline for guidance. You can also reach out to us directly, and we will let you know if the materials in question can be removed or provide resources on where to take them.

We prefer that customers are on-site or have someone available to represent them when we arrive. Our team will always call 15 to 30 minutes before arrival to let you know we are on the way. If you cannot be there in person, we will call you with your estimate for approval before any work begins.

Two strong and efficient team members will arrive with everything needed to remove your items, and additional crew can be scheduled upon request. Our team comes prepared with tools, shovels, brooms, rakes, a tarp, and a dolly to safely move larger items. Each member is trained to load the truck in a way that maximizes space, giving you the best value for your money.

To protect your home, we carry shoe covers and rolled carpets to place along pathways while we work. Please note that our crew does not operate machinery or carry ladders.

Yes. In the extremely unlikely case that your home is damaged during our service, our trucks and employees are fully insured, which means your home is fully protected. We have liability insurance, workman’s compensation, and theft/collision insurance for the trucks.
